On Saturday, we enjoyed our staff bonding trip to Drayton manor. Our termly bonding trips are an important part of building strong team and support staff well being overall. They also provide an opportunity to strengthen teamwork, develop positive working relationship and create lasting memories outside the workplace. Taking time to connect as colleagues helps us work better together and maintain a positive team culture.
